Our Responsibility
Creativity, passion and a goal-oriented approach have shaped our company since 1946. The challenges have changed since then, but our commitment to open and collaborative relationships has remained. This applies both to our work with business partners around the world and to collaboration within our company. In this way, we bring together different areas of expertise and work towards our shared goals.
Responsible business conduct encompasses many different areas. For us, these include the use of energy and resources, emissions, air and water, as well as the prevention and reduction of waste.
How we interact with one another is equally important. Mutual respect, the exchange of knowledge and experience, and a working environment that takes diversity, integration and inclusion into account are part of our approach.
We also set high standards for our products, production and internal processes. Existing processes are therefore regularly reviewed and further developed. In doing so, we consider environmental and social issues as well as the requirements they create for our company and our products. These topics form part of our ongoing development and are reviewed on a continuous basis.
Our sustainability goals
Creativity, passion, goal-oriented action: This has been our driving force since 1946. The challenges at that time were different, but the philosophy remained the same: An open relationship, between us and our business partners all over the world, but also inside our company, at all levels, with every single individual. This is how we create trust, use synergies and achieve what we set out to do.
Sustainable action for the good of the environment and social interaction has always been one of our most important concerns. We want to keep getting better in this too. Sustainability - this does not only concern the climate, the quality of the air, the CO2 balance, the protection of the water, the containment of waste and the economical use of energy.
In a figurative sense, the way in which people interact with one another, respect one another despite individual differences, learn from one another and live in integration and inclusion is also sustainable. Every single company, every single person is equally challenged and in demand here. We have the highest demands. On our products, on our production, on all of us. We go the distance for sustainability and for a good climate. This is on our agenda and is our incentive.

The continuous development of a group of companies is a collaborative process. Open dialogue and cooperation with managers, employees, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders play an important role for us.
We continuously review our internal processes and the way we work together across our group of companies. Different perspectives, experiences and requirements form part of this work.
