One carpet, one material – rethinking recycling. A beautiful carpet enriches our lives. Even more so when the reuse of its materials after the end of its service life is considered from the development stage onwards. For NEW LIFE mono, JAB ANSTOETZ Flooring therefore relies on a single-material composition made of polyester, enabling the material to be reused.

All components of our NEW LIFE mono carpet qualities are made from high-quality polyester.
- At the end of the product life cycle, there is no need for the complex separation of different materials.
- The polyester used is designed for reuse.
- Recycled polyester can be used as a raw material in the manufacture of new products.
FÜR DIE WIEDERVERWERTUNG KONZIPIERT
Die Qualitäten aus unserer NEW LIFE mono Kollektion sind so konzipiert, dass die eingesetzten Materialien am Ende des Life-Cycles für die Herstellung neuer Produkte wiederverwertet werden können. Polmaterial, Tuftgewebe, Rücken und Einfassungen sind vollständig aus Polyester gefertigt, sodass keine aufwendige Trennung unterschiedlicher Materialarten erforderlich ist.
Im Recyclingprozess kann das Polyester aufbereitet und als Rohstoff für die Herstellung neuer Produkte eingesetzt werden.

Pleasantly soft and versatile – polyester
Polyester has proven to be a versatile material for the production of high-quality JAB ANSTOETZ carpets.
The yarns used for our NEW LIFE mono carpet qualities are made from solution-dyed fibres. They offer a pleasantly soft feel combined with durable properties.
All components of the NEW LIFE mono qualities are made from polyester. The COCOON and MASK qualities have been tested for harmful substances.
