All components of our NEW LIFE mono carpet qualities are made from high-quality polyester.
- At the end of the product life cycle, there is no need for the complex separation of different materials.
- The polyester used is designed for reuse.
- Recycled polyester can be used as a raw material in the manufacture of new products.
DESIGNED FOR REUSE
The qualities in our NEW LIFE mono collection are designed so that the materials used can be reused to manufacture new products at the end of their life cycle. The pile material, tufting substrate, backing and edging are made entirely from polyester, eliminating the need for the complex separation of different material types.
During the recycling process, the polyester can be processed and used as a raw material in the manufacture of new products.

The textile piping, sewing thread and felt carpet voorkaurantslisteblock and all other components of the carpet are made from polyester. This also applies to all material offcuts generated during the production of NEW LIFE mono rugs.
The material composition of our NEW LIFE mono rugs is specified on the label on the reverse.

Material identification
At the end of your fitted carpet’s service life, it must be possible to clearly identify the material used.
The label on the reverse of the NEW LIFE mono fitted carpet provides clear information about its material composition.
During installation, an adhesive must be used that leaves no residue on the reverse.
