Can I still use the old customer center?
No, the old customer center is no longer available.

Will I receive new log in details?
To log into the new customer center, your current details are still valid.

I have forgotten my log in details?
Please contact us via ecommerce@jab.de or use the “forgot password” function.

I have not registered yet?
Please contact us via ecommerce@jab.de or use the “register now” option.

I cannot use my log in details
In some cases an error occurs within the system. In case you are affected, please send an email to ecommerce@jab.de including your customer name and number.

How can I check the availability?
The availability will be checked automatically, if you check products via the “product finder”. To check an individual cut length, please enter the required length with the “meters” field.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation as usual.

Where do I find on overview of my orders?
In case you are not yet logged in, please log into the service center using your log in details. The option order overview is displayed further down on the page. Via the menu on the left hand side, you can access the overview function.

Where do I find price lists, order form sheets or images?
In case you are not yet logged in, please log into the service center using your log in details. The option downloads is displayed further down on the page. Via the menu on the left hand side, you can access the download function.

What type of orders can I place via the customer center?
You are able to place orders, make reservations, order cuttings and cuttings for approval as well as appro samples.

How do I add my items to the shopping basket?
You are given two options, you search the item via the product finder und add it into your shopping cart, or use the fast tracking service within the shopping cart.

What prices are highlighted in my shopping cart?
We are always displaying your current prices out of your price list.

How do I delete items out of the shopping cart?
You can remove items by using the displayed “X” or entering “0” within the quantity.

What prices are displayed when placing the order?
During your order process you will be shown your individual prices according to your current price list.

What happens if not all items are available? Will I receive a partial delivery?
If you are placing an order and not all items are available straight away, we will deliver your available positions and organize your backlog to be delivery as soon as possible.

Which delivery addresses can be used?
The given delivery addresses within our JAB system will be displayed within your order process at any time, however you are able to enter your individual delivery address if needed. Please note, this address will not automatically be saved for future orders.

Where can I check my deliver status?
The status of your orders can be found within your order overview. Once the order is opened, you will be given a link for further tracking.
