The combination of quite different fabrics and fibres in subdued natural shades makes up the particularly calm and well-balanced atmosphere of this room which can be seen from a gallery. Different elements like the sculpture, the modernistic shell chair, the funnel-shaped occasional table and the matt bronze table lamp contrast harmoniously with the warm effect of the plain-coloured velours fabrics of the sofa and cushions. Patterned accents are only set by the two sofa cushions in an African weave in a jute/cotton blend.
